A proven leader in some well know names in education catering and international hotel chains like Elior International, Marriott International, Intercontinental Hotel Group and Kew Green Hotel Group. Jai brings a wealth of operational expertise and standards of international hospitality to school catering with a vision of transforming the industry with menu diversity, health at heart, championing sustainable and fair-trade products with student wellness and fitness as priority.

During his time with the various companies Jai held positions such as Executive Head Chef, Cluster Head Chef, Chef Manager to name a few. Jai has brought his expertise to Food Stories where students experience 5-star hotel standard and a fresh approach towards their daily meals.

Jai values hard work, honesty, integrity and a desire to always improve. As Jai has an extensive experience designing menus for the chain of hotels, he has a perfect mix of hotel and education catering operations. Jai is keen on passing the knowledge and expertise to his team and hence has a strong focus on hiring apprentices to provide the company and community with a strong foundation of young talent.

Jai is a proud father to his daughter and a loving husband. With both ladies being the two bosses outside of work, his life outside work is generally spent finding small moments of happiness with them both. Their favourite holiday destination is Greece with many streets still left to explore.
